We operate 13 strategically located A-class distribution centres (DCs) covering 81 Russian regions and 8 other countries.

Our logistics infrastructure is nearly 100% centralised, and almost all of our merchandise is delivered directly from suppliers to the Group's distribution centres (DCs) for onward transportation to stores, which allows us to keep transportation costs low.

Ambient focus of our assortment also contributes to transportation costs reduction and allows us to operate our DCs under a single temperature zone.

We operate modern and highly automated DCs managed with the help of WMS Logistic software giving us full visibility over inventory management.

Our logistics operations are primarily outsourced to transportation companies and customs brokers.

Our integrated IT systems provide us with seamless control over the entire supply chain, resulting in high operational scalability and cost savings.
